Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Staff was amazing, incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. Time in office was minimal, was taken very good care of

I was surprised that only after arriving I was told it would be a virtual visit. Also I do not understand why I had to pay two copays, one for each health insurance I have. The manager is lovely.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

I wanted to check for pink eye. I was okay until I had to be looked at through a telehealth video screen. I could have done this at home and saved $55. I have telehealth through my insurance. I am disappointed!
