          Went in for a uti. Expected to see a doctor but No doctor was on site. Still was seen but by a telehealth PA on a ipad. Doctor was out on pregnancy leave. No covering doctor or pa which I found strange. Front desk did not know when practicing doctor would return. Good experience but a M.D. is always preferable. Wait time was not bad. If new patient then there is some paperwork involved.

          I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A.           Went in for a clogged ear Monday but no one was there to physically take Out the wax in my ear. Went back on Wednesday The team was very good & I walked out hearing again. So very pleased with the care there. Was just upset that I had to pay 2 co pays. Wish someone was there the first visit to do it.

          There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
