I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Quick processing time within 10 minutes of registering, 20 minute wait in room to get results and see the physicians assistant but over all more pleasant experience than waiting in an ER or doctors office. Now offers medical care portal for secure access of my visit and records on line. One stop shop get the prescription filled there too. My experience today (10-18) was perfectly fine and acceptable. From the time I arrived at the CVS Location to the time I obtained my Flu Shot and drove away - 15 minutes out of my day. I had no issues. Of course: I followed the directions. I arrived to the Store 10 minutes in advance; I was alert for text messages - which I received regarding status; I waited for and received my phone call from the NP; a CVS Customer Care Manager was there to walk me through the check-in procedures. I used my Insurance Card. I had no issues and was in and out with a Flu Shot in less than 10 minutes. No complaints; I appreciate the professionalism.
