I was shocked how easy it was to schedule an appointment on line and for my visit to truly occur at that time. The staff was great, especially the nurse practitioner, Brenda K. She was kind, attentive and proactive. She knew the right questions to ask which made the visit more efficient and easier on me. I felt horrible and she did not make me wait or have to talk a lot. I wish I could have her as my PCP!  I definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

I’m actually a healthcare provider and the protocol for what I was seeking was not performed. It defeated the purpose of the visit. I wasted time and money.

Overall, this urgent care is great! We have no complaints other than the room being really really cold. But the staff was attentive, they listened, and they treated our infant with care. I would absolutely come here again!

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I was pretty sure I had a UTI so was at Medella right after they opened on a Saturday morning. I was only the second patient and was in and out of there in less than an hour. I’ve used them before and the staff is always friendly and the office is run with great efficiency! I highly recommend them.
