I went in for 4 lacerations caused by mandolin slicer. I was seen quickly and sutured with care and compassion. I was also allowed to wait until my ride share arrived although the visit was over. Grateful to staff for professionalism and kindness.

The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. Went to urgent care, because I had a sore in my nose which was red and swollen and very painful. I went to urgent care, the staff was great, I didn’t have to wait long, the Dr came in she stood at the door way, glanced at my nose, didn’t even look inside and said u have a infection, she spent 30 seconds with me and stood in the doorway, wrote a prescription and left. I will never go back to that center or recommend anyone. I worked at Sloane Kettering for forty two years, I am totally aware how a dr should present herself, she didn’t introduce herself or entered the room and closed the door. No way to present your self to a patient.

I recently moved to Wappingers and have been sick twice. Both of my visits to the HealthQuest Urgent Care were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and the exam was prompt and thorough. The care was much better than other urgent cares I have visited. Thank you!

The experience was okay except i paid out of pocket $250 for the visit and the out of pocket for the wrong meds, just to still have a huge issue due to being misdiagnosed. terrible

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️
