All staff except for the provider were exceptional. Provider kept going on about his 55 years of experience therefore he knew better. But outside of what it must be, he could not offer any helpful advice or guidance or answer any of my other questions to save his life. I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
