Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

We walked in so it was a simple process. The office was clean and tidy. The check process is where it went wrong. The lady at the desk was very unprofessional and rude. No greeting, smile, customer service training. Her appearance was sloppy as if she didn't care she was coming to work. She had her ear buds in while assisting people. You had to either assume what to do, or from prior visits knowledge, because no instruction was provided. She looked miserable. The only time she was nice was when the delivery guy brought her food, that she ate at the desk. She makes it's very clear that she doesn't care for her job. She makes you feel bad for making her work. As if she's used to just sitting there and intimidating everyone from wanting to come in for assistance. The MA that assisted the doctor was amazing. DR. Was amazing. This would be a wonderful place if there was better staff.

It was a quick and easy process! Dr. Adam, Aisha and Ynnalizz were AMAZING!! they made me feel comfortable and made sure I was all set to go.

They followed through on all the basic health care tests and questions. Listened to my concerns and helped me determine the best medical care and medication I need to feel better.

Was pleasantly surprised to have access to a preventative annual physical exam with very little advance notice.  Staff at every stage very professional.
