The staff was very courteous, friendly, and very attentive!

All staff except for the provider were exceptional. Provider kept going on about his 55 years of experience therefore he knew better. But outside of what it must be, he could not offer any helpful advice or guidance or answer any of my other questions to save his life. I thought AFC was supposed to be about customer satisfaction… bedside manner left much to be desired here.

This place is the best. They get you in and get you out.  Very kind and considerate of your time.  Staff is amazing too.  Great job.👏

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

The woman who took me in for my vitals and did my xray and put on the ace bandage was lovely.   She was a very caring person who really is a hard worker.   Also the doctor and staff were great.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed
