All staff except for the provider were exceptional. Provider kept going on about his 55 years of experience therefore he knew better. But outside of what it must be, he could not offer any helpful advice or guidance or answer any of my other questions to save his life. I thought AFC was supposed to be about customer satisfaction… bedside manner left much to be desired here.

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

Staff , nurse and Dr. Chan very professeional and competent. They were calm and empathetic. I would not hesitate to return there .

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

No X-ray and that is why I went. The doctor and staff were lovely and so is the facility but you advertise x-ray and there was none.
