The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .
