Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

All staff is professional, efficient and engaging. The doctor Dr. S is excellent and detailed in diagnosing and deciding on treatment with all attending health issues considered.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Very disappointed with the care I got. Wait time was yover hour half. When I finally got called in they were nice to me. They took my vitals then covid and strep test. Waited for results which were negative. After that they didn't provide anything for my cough or sore throat. They really didn't do anything for me at all. It was a waste of time and money that I will be charged. I will reach out to my Dr tomorrow for help.

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

The staff is wonderful - the Dr took his time to listen and was very helpful.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Lost a battle with a swarm of wasps. Went in to get checked out. Everyone was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this office.
