When we questioned the front desk, we were lied to and told that to the people that went before us had an appointment when the solv app showed us differently, not only that my daughter happened to know one of the boys that were taken back and literally text him while we were in the waiting room. He said no we didn’t have an appointment. We just walked right in …when my daughter questioned the front desk, the lady upfront was very rude to her. I don’t know why they offer appointment spots if they’re not going to honor them and just lie to people that are waiting. What makes it even worse is that we have been a steady Client of this location for a long time
