The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. I felt well cared for and was happy with the quality of care I received. The office was also clean and welcoming. Had some problems checking in but the staff was super helpful ! I appreciated all their help! I had excellent care! They explained everything to me ! I really had an excellent experience at the Willow Grove  Urgent care!! I would recommend them!!

The process to check in was easy and I was waited on rather quickly. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and I was confident in their recommendations. I was in and out pretty quickly and satisfied with my visit. Everyone was very courteous.

It was my first time here very clean. All the women behind the desk we're knowlegeable and professional. It was worth the wait Doctor Ellis and the blonde nurse were great Doc did very good job with my toddlers stiches.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
