I wanted to stop in to get tested for GP, I was able to walk in and be seen. I didn't wait long which was a plus. The MA was a male, I dont see much male MA, I too am a MA. He seemed as if he was new to being an MA. So I asked he said he's been doing it for some years. He put the tourniquet on used a straight needle & couldn't draw the blood so he switched to a butterfly which I advised he use the first time. He dropped the closed needle on the ground picked it up because it was still cased & proceeded to use it. & left the tourniquet on my arm for more than a minute. I released it, he asked why did I do that, so I told him that its not supposed to be on my arm that long, it can mess up the results of the blood test causing hemoconcentration, give me nerve damage & brushing. He said he appreciates it he was taught a different way & I should allow him to do his job. I apologize if I made him feel uneasy but I wouldn't allow him to do it wrong with me.

When I went there it wasn't full at the time but I got through really fast. The front desk associate was very polite and she understood my reasons for being there. Nice clean environment and I'd definitely recommend here. Thank you.

The gentleman that took me back to the room for weight check and vitals, was so sweet!  He gave such genuine care to me, listened carefully and without judgments. Was experiencing dizziness and nausea and booked an appointment immediately was seen as soon as I arrived and was diagnosed and proscribed meds in less than 20 minutes. Will definetly use them again

Second time I've used this office. Staff is friendly, professional, and quick. Made an appointment online and was seen right away. The PA I saw did my CDL medical card the first time I went and did a great suture job the second time I went. Really great bedside manner and has a very light touch with the suture kit. Didn't feel a thing.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Made a same-day appointment. Staff was professional, kind, and efficient. Saw one of the PAs, he had me diagnosed, prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and I was on my way home with a follow up appointment later in the week. Very organized, well run establishment.

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. My visit at urgent care in Narberth was good. The doctor took time with me and explained everything to me. The young medical tech was excellent! He was efficient and friendly. This is my second time visiting the clinic and I would return.
