Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Went to urgent care, because I had a sore in my nose which was red and swollen and very painful. I went to urgent care, the staff was great, I didn’t have to wait long, the Dr came in she stood at the door way, glanced at my nose, didn’t even look inside and said u have a infection, she spent 30 seconds with me and stood in the doorway, wrote a prescription and left. I will never go back to that center or recommend anyone. I worked at Sloane Kettering for forty two years, I am totally aware how a dr should present herself, she didn’t introduce herself or entered the room and closed the door. No way to present your self to a patient.

The experience was okay except i paid out of pocket $250 for the visit and the out of pocket for the wrong meds, just to still have a huge issue due to being misdiagnosed. terrible

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

The doctor was very good.   The nurse was good but a little bit too newsy in my opinion.

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

Was pleasantly surprised to have access to a preventative annual physical exam with very little advance notice.  Staff at every stage very professional.

They followed through on all the basic health care tests and questions. Listened to my concerns and helped me determine the best medical care and medication I need to feel better.

Was able to make an appt online  and was seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great experience and pharmacy across the street!  Thank you!

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

Was able to book a time slot on a Sunday. Not every place is open on a Sunday, but this place was! Quick and efficient service. Place is very clean. Only downfall is that there is a restroom in the waiting area for employees only. Would be nice to have it available for us patients!

Wait time was under 10 minutes. In and out within 20 min. Very clean & professional
