This DOCS location saved me from having to wait for days for an appointment elsewhere. I was quickly diagnosed with strep, prescribed an antibiotic and I’m now on the road to recovery.  Fantastic!!  One suggestion- the chairs in the waiting room should be cleaned. I didn’t even want to sit in them!

The nurses that greeted me were wonderful. They did their jobs and were very nice and helpful. I was seen by the Dr via video. I felt I was treated nicely and got my issues heard. She was attentive and helped me out with medication

We walked in so it was a simple process. The office was clean and tidy. The check process is where it went wrong. The lady at the desk was very unprofessional and rude. No greeting, smile, customer service training. Her appearance was sloppy as if she didn't care she was coming to work. She had her ear buds in while assisting people. You had to either assume what to do, or from prior visits knowledge, because no instruction was provided. She looked miserable. The only time she was nice was when the delivery guy brought her food, that she ate at the desk. She makes it's very clear that she doesn't care for her job. She makes you feel bad for making her work. As if she's used to just sitting there and intimidating everyone from wanting to come in for assistance. The MA that assisted the doctor was amazing. DR. Was amazing. This would be a wonderful place if there was better staff.

Was able to book a time slot on a Sunday. Not every place is open on a Sunday, but this place was! Quick and efficient service. Place is very clean. Only downfall is that there is a restroom in the waiting area for employees only. Would be nice to have it available for us patients!

Great fast , professional service! I don’t want to but, if necessary I will go back for their excellent care😊

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

They were extremely nice and friendly, addressed my allergic reaction and gave me medicine and a referral. The doctor was thoughtful, clear informative, and kind . The staff at the front were extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Needed a DOT physical quickly. Scheduled one via the website before the office opened. I was met by friendly staff,and as soon as I was done with the paperwork, I was taken back. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Dr Narshall was hus usual cheerful self. The entire process was easy and pleasant.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!
