The staff was very nice. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

The staff were very friendly and they made the process smooth. We were well taken care of. We would highly recommend urgent care for kids.

This is my go to Urgent Care for my kiddos. They are always helpful and very fast. Even on weekends! I've been here several times and have never incurred a problem.

Was able to book an appointment and get seen the same day.  Only thing I disliked was that the provider didnt introduce herself nor did she has a badge on her.  She was attentive and answered my questions but would of liked her to have a badge on her so I would be able to identify her.
