This is my go to Urgent Care for my kiddos. They are always helpful and very fast. Even on weekends! I've been here several times and have never incurred a problem.

First time. Great area. My appointment is on Tuesday.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Scheduling was easy however wait time was terrible. Waited in waiting room for nearly 40 minutes after appointment time. Then another 25-30 minutes for provider to come in room. Provider and entire team were friendly but will reconsider coming back next time we need after hours care

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

This is a place to go,if you want your kids to feel better and stronger. I love the way their nurses and doctors will attend to you, like very fast and good 👍. God bless you all my family appreciate.
