I had a great experience at City Dock Urgent Care in Dallas. The staff made check-in quick and easy, communicated clearly throughout my visit, and provided a fast and accurate diagnosis. Everyone there was professional, efficient, and clearly an expert in their field — I highly recommend them.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful but the medical assistant lady was very rude. She was not kids friendly at all. She needs to be friendly, kind and respectful to the patients.

We recently visited this urgent care for kids, and while the staff was kind and patient, the cleanliness of the facility was very concerning. The walls looked like they had mold growing on them, and the entire place just felt dirty and poorly maintained. The waiting area didn’t have any blinds, so we were sitting there getting baked by the sun the whole time, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I really hope management addresses these issues soon because the people working there were great, but the condition of the building is absolutely unacceptable—especially for a place meant to care for children.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!
