I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Very easy to schedule a same day quick appointment. Staff was very friendly.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. There was a bit of a wait even with an appointment. But I was glad to be seen the same day as I made the appointment. It’s good to have someone to go too when my PC giver is unavailable.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Fell & landed on left hand.Pain was excruciating so went for X-rays. Was taken with 5 mins. Have brace on hand & wrist - waiting for radiologist to read X-ray. Right know we all feel it is badly bruised - praying that it isn't broken. Highly recommend. Very nice personnel that seriously cared about me. Place is extremely clean.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
