I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

Easy to schedule appointment online. No wait. Excellent staff and care

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

Super easy to book, the staff was SO nice (the woman at the front desk was beyond friendly) and they were punctual in seeing us and quick to treat. Highly recommend!

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Nurse Bridget was amazing! Hands down the best NP I’ve ever met. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. 100% recommend her.

I was pretty sure I had a UTI so was at Medella right after they opened on a Saturday morning. I was only the second patient and was in and out of there in less than an hour. I’ve used them before and the staff is always friendly and the office is run with great efficiency! I highly recommend them.

Dr Jose Lara was absolutely professional and provided sound diagnosis and treatment medications.

Love this facility they always go above and beyond for my kids well being they explain everything very well definitely recommend making appointment ahead time overall this is my go to urgent care
