The Dr had excellent bedside manners & was very kind to my child as was the nurse taking vitals. Its refreshing seeing a Dr that listens & ask questions.

The only appointment time was later in the evening than what we usually schedule but it went by very quickly, With overall wait time and testing time. Everyone was so nice, helpful and welcoming.

When checking in at the Texas MedClinic waiting time was lengthy,but once we were called to the back. The Medical Assistant was absolutely very Thorough has a excellent personality I would like if Esther skills were passed on to the intire team. The Doctor also was very thorough and explaining over the treatment and follow up. I diffently would recommend this facility. Just make sure and register online before arriving so it can cut down on the waiting time.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
