I needed care as I was in pain. I walk in. The staff in the front were not kind or polite until my husband walk in and they asked me if I had insurance their aptitude then change a little towards me. No empathy just the question, do you have a phone? Scan here.. the other one didn’t even look up. She just whisper to her coworker to ask me for insurance. They just assume I guess because of the way I looked. They didn’t think I would hear them or they didn’t care. Either way they need training.  On the other hand, the people inside from the medical assistant, the nurse practitioner and the X ray technician were very respectful and helpful. They were responsive and professional. Thanks to the 3 of them for being so kind.  I am not sure if I would go back to your location if your front desk staff behave so unprofessional.

Wasp sting in two areas. Positive swelling in leg and arm. Associated pain and itchiness. Appropriate med prescribed. Rash and swelling eventually resolved.  Very pleased with care. Would gladly recommend this provider again.

Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

I was bitten by mosquito and had an allergic reaction to it. Everyone there was friendly. The PA was very knowledgeable. I have gone here before and would go again if necessary.

Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.
