Overnight I came down with some serious symptoms that had me very worried. I went to urgent care first thing in the morning and was thrilled to find I didn’t have to wait much at all. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional. The healthcare provider who I saw was thorough, kind, reassuring, and made sure I had time to ask questions and understood everything I needed to know. I was so relieved at the end of my appointment. I hate doctors!!! But this was the best experience ever. Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash. The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations. GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.
