My 92-year-old mother needed a chest x-ray, but had forgotten her cell phone, which is typically needed to register for an appointment. Kasey at the front desk was so patient logging my mother in manually and helped ensure that my mother got in and out of Convenient MD safely. She was very kind and attentive with everybody. My mother said that the x-ray technician was also very professional and helpful.

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. AFC Saugus will be my top choice should I need medical assistance in the future.

As a repeat customer my check in was quick with a 15 min wait to see a provider. The Staff/Dr was attentive during the explanation of my condition and quick to help me gain immediate access to a specialist the following day saving valuable time. This is the second time I’ve used CMd and they’re still batting a thousand in my book!

Hello, I’m writing to express a concern regarding my recent visit to your urgent care. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience during the blood draw. The person who attempted to draw my blood had to stick me three separate times before successfully collecting the sample. The experience was painful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that sometimes blood draws can be difficult, but I did not feel confident or comfortable with the way the procedure was handled. I would appreciate it if this concern could be reviewed. I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
