Went to urgent care, because I had a sore in my nose which was red and swollen and very painful. I went to urgent care, the staff was great, I didn’t have to wait long, the Dr came in she stood at the door way, glanced at my nose, didn’t even look inside and said u have a infection, she spent 30 seconds with me and stood in the doorway, wrote a prescription and left. I will never go back to that center or recommend anyone. I worked at Sloane Kettering for forty two years, I am totally aware how a dr should present herself, she didn’t introduce herself or entered the room and closed the door. No way to present your self to a patient.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

I was surprised that only after arriving I was told it would be a virtual visit. Also I do not understand why I had to pay two copays, one for each health insurance I have. The manager is lovely.

The staff was very courteous, friendly, and very attentive!

Notice a mark that looked like a tick bite to me. The spot was examined and the PA consulted with other staff. It appeared more like fungus so a cream was prescribed but I also got a one dose antibiotic just in case it was a tick. I was relieved and agreed to a medical regimen

New to area and needed to find a Doctor I’m glad I tried DOCS urgent care.  Employees were all friendly and very helpful.   Will go back again when needed

I was very happy when Ashley walked into the exam room! I've seen her during past visits. She is attentive, listens, asks me questions and her concern is genuine and appreciated.
