I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly. They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing. They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. Overall good experience. Good work Team!!!

It wouldn't have been so bad had it not been for the lack of not really taking time to actually care about patient. Writing down whatever as a diagnosis, just to get you out of office as quick as possible. Told me I had skin shinners under my eyes. Just to go home realize nothing but mascara smeared. If you want an accurate diagnosis make sure your face is clean. so he can't assume by out side appearance instead of looking down your throat a bit better than 2 seconds.

Unfamiliar with the options for Urgent Care, in the Cullman area, led me to visiting Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, based on a trusted friend providing an excellent referral and personal recommendation, for myself, and my two kiddos, of whom have all experienced these unpleasant sickly germ infested symptoms, for going on 3 days… Not only was the staff, beyond exceptional with personality, there was a flare for professionalism and informative conversation, from the very beginning, during a call to confirm insurances and scheduling nuances, but upon arrival, it was to be noted that, that this level of unmatched kindness and compassion and efficiency, was the standard of each and every interaction, of which we were so fortunate to be engaged with, throughout the entire process of our visit! Specifically, the clear and unambiguous nature of the initial vitals and assessments, with details and explanations for the plan of care, via labs and testing, following by, shared diagnostic information, with an appreciated dialogue and an inclusive approach of treatment, ensuring understanding and supportiveness! I cannot recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, and the team of phenomenal support staff and medical providers, enough! On yesterday, 9/20, I visited this urgent care clinic after not being able to be seen by my PCP. I googled and found this wonderful urgent care and was delighted that it was really close in my neighborhood. Upon entering the clinic, I was greeted by one of the sweetest front office staff I have ever met. Her name was Patti and she deserves all the accolades that she gets. She quickly took care of getting my insurance and getting me signed in and explained the process thoroughly. Throughout the whole entire visit she was extremely nice and even at the end of my visit she said “I hope that you feel better” as I was walking out. The nurses that took my vital signs as well as my samples that needed to be tested were thorough and explained the process as they were doing it. They were also kind. The nurse practitioner that saw me was efficient as well as kind. The facility is very clean and modern. I really like the fact that they use a lot of electronic services which allows you to have your test results and prescriptions on your phone and decreases the amount of paperwork that you carry around. Overall I had a great experience and I am very familiar with the healthcare field as I myself am a nurse practitioner so for me to say that I’m pleased means a lot. This place can also serve as your primary care office, which I am strongly considering changing over from my PCP to this place. If I ever had to go to urgent care again or bring my children I will immediately come here. If you live in the Chelsea area, this is the place to go if you need urgent care services.
