I walked in today and had to wait over an hour but expected.

I arrived early in the morning, the office was clean and the receptionist was very approachable and courteous and helpful. Bedside manner was professional, detailed and clear for understanding. Thank you.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed
