Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

The staff and providers were so friendly. Couldn't have had a better experience. Going to urgent care isn't fun but they made it as pleasant as possible.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

The front desk clerk super professional ! The medical assistant super professional! The Md well educated, empathetic, and made me feel like I’m in great hands . I love it that I don't need an appt to see a doctor. My experience with this site has been very positive. I have been going there for a couple of years and I have no complaints. The MA who took my vitals was so gentle and sweet. You definitely need that treatment when you are not feeling well.

Woke up feeling out of. Looked up my nearest urgent care and this location fit the bill. I got there and was able to check in in no time. I was seen within my first ten minutes there. I got a Prescription and was out of there within 30 mins. Definitely an efficient practice and  the staff has amazing bedside manner and customer service. I felt catered to and comfortable.
