I attempted to book an appt online but wasn’t able to do so.  Seemed the website wasn’t working properly.  I waited for less than 20 minutes to be seen at the office.  All staff was professional and friendly.

Arrived at 10:40, just before the clinic got very busy. Next time I will begin the paperwork online, in advance, and arrive earlier. I got excellent care for lingering respiratory concerns, after having the flu. Even tho I had got this year's flu vax in September. I wish the people in the waiting area would wear masks. But hey, trumpo said it is all a hoax so here we go again.

I had symptoms of a sinus infection. Walked in at about 645pm filled paperwork,saw doctor and was out about 720pm. went to pharmacy to pick up script. All the staff that I interacted with were courteous, friendly and professional. I rate the overall experience an A+.

The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
