I walked into Indigo thinking I would have to wait without an appt. Well to my surprise, I got right in there. I mean I barely sat down and the called me back. I haven't had to wait to be seen, as many times that I have been there you would think I would have at least one disappointment... Nope, and today they had only one provider. I have been lucky when visiting Indigo urgent/multi care. The providers have always been caring and all other employees have been so pleasent. I recommend all that need medical attention to give them a try and I bet you come out of there with the same attitude as mine! Thank you Indigo employees for being so awesome! I will return!!

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

I thought  scheduling for appointment  would cut the waiting time but still took 2hours of my time.

Check in was great. Staff was wonderful. Misdiagnosed…Ended up in emergency room having emergency surgery the next night. Also would not take my insurance.

Damaged my back in yard work. Excellent service.. wait time good. The injection worked overnight. Any chance to pop in today for another injection? First one wore off overnight? Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

Staff was very friendly. Dr Phillips was very good. Personable & took time to let you ask questions & she took the time to get to know you. Very good staff & doctor.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

The entire process starting from scheduling to the final part where the doctor gave me a prescription and sent me on my way was so easy. I highly recommend this place and the staff is incredible

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
