The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

I always get a print out when I leave an urgent care, but that day they wouldn't give me one and advised me to come in tomorrow to get it or request it online, like what the heck!. It was just a print out which. This was the close urgent care that accepts my insurance. Other than that the doctor was friendly with my kid and super nice.
