I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Very positive experience. The person doing the swab testing was warm, friendly, and put me at ease. The procedure is uncomfortable but only for a few seconds. She explained what she was doing and I knew what was happening and what was going to happen. Very well done. Very breezy visit. Very helpful front desk person. Thank you all.

I've been there twice and was treated promptly, precisely and professionally. The NP's actually cared about what was going on w/ me medically and listened to what I had to say. I will return to the Kroger Little Clinic location when necessary.

We did not have an appointment and was told the wait could be an hour or so. We stayed and was happy to be called back within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and thorough. I was extremely impressed and happy with my experience at this location.
