Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. I was sick on my birthday but the staff was so nice and friendly it really cheered me up. There were a few people ahead of me but the wait was pretty quick. I was in and out with prescriptions sent to pharmacy within 40 minutes with a Happy Birthday send off!

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!
