My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Almost a perfect visit. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The issue arose when we realized our normal pharmacy was closed due to holiday and asked them to move the prescription to another open pharmacy. I gave them all the information, but it took 3 calls and 1 hr to move the prescription. The move took longer than the visit. I miss the days of the prescription pad and the slip I could take anywhere.

They were great. Didn’t wait and the staff and doctor were very helpful.

Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

Needed a quick appt to fit I to my work schedule - was in and out in 20 minutes.  I also felt all the staff was friendly and thorough.  Office was very clean and scheduling an appt was very easy.  This will be my new urgent care of choice

This was my first time going to this urgent care clinic. The ease of scheduling & the friendliness of everyone there will definitely have me going back there for future visits when necessary.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great
