I walked in without appointment for Urgent Care. Office staff, Brittany, was professional and helpful.  The other office person, a male, also professional. The PA examined me, asked questions, gave diagnoses , explanation, treatment plan . I thank you for a positive medical experience.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

The physician seemed cold and robotic. I didn't feel like I was talking to another person.

I went in for 4 lacerations caused by mandolin slicer. I was seen quickly and sutured with care and compassion. I was also allowed to wait until my ride share arrived although the visit was over. Grateful to staff for professionalism and kindness.

The doctor was very focused on my symptoms of why I came here, she gave me clear and full instructions on what to take and how. I am happy that I can feel comfortable coming here from being with one doctor for 18 years Let me not leave the staff and manager out very pleasant and the place was very clean.
