Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Have a sinus infection the levofloxacin seems to be helping I feel better after one dose The levofloxacin worked feel much better.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

I made an appointment late the evening before. Was able to get a first appointment on the following day.  Staff was great. I left feeling confident I was going to be feeling better. I should have requested an antibiotic and steroid. The steroid I was given help with my symptoms immediately however it was o my 3 days worth of meds. Currently all symptoms have returned worse than before. This is not something that I consider an issue with the provider just the circumstances I am in.

Cool, Calm and Welcoming environment   Staff made me feel very comfortable especially when I had a fever and sore throat with heavy aches in my body  in this extraordinary heat . The front desk clerk super professional ! The medical assistant super professional! The Md well educated, empathetic, and made me feel like I’m in great hands . The staff was terrific and so nice. This was our first time and were so impressed with the office, the nurse and doctor. If needed again we will certainly use them.

Scheduling was very easy and check in was a breeze, a person like me from NYthat is accustomed to being seen on time and that is what I got on my time schedule, I did not sit in the exam room for long only minutes when the doctor came in. The doctor was very focused on my symptoms of why I came here, she gave me clear and full instructions on what to take and how. I am happy that I can feel comfortable coming here from being with one doctor for 18 years Let me not leave the staff and manager out very pleasant and the place was very clean.
