Went in for s blood pressure check. Wait wasn’t bad and care wss top notch.  Doctor took his time to check my pressure many times and reassured me it was okay.

I needed a Sunday appointment. I scheduled online easily. Had a small wait but everyone was really kind and treated my concerns as important. The diagnosis and medication had me feeling better in 24 hours.

Got appt within 15 minutes.  Seen within 5 minutes.  Very professional and couldn’t have asked for more knowledgeable and caring doctor and staff.

Dr McDonald took care of managing my illness. Listening and helping me understand how to get better and the path to get there. Thank you!

Couldn’t get appointment with my primary doctor and then tried to get appointment with urgent care and they were booked so I tried walk-in. Luckily when I went I was seen shortly after arriving. Everyone was great. So glad I went. Very good care.  Thank you.

Everyone was wonderful on my visit.  The only negative thing I would say was the check in process.  You enter your information on an iPad then a paper form then you get a text message to enter the same information.  And I was a repeat customer.

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

Would and have already recommended AFC urgent Care.
