I had a wonderful experience. It’s not my first time being there the ladies are welcoming, as well fast pace, wonderful staff.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I need my appointment online and was welcome and quickly where I saw the doctor explained what my concerns are. He evaluated me setting me up with a prescription and I was on my way home within a half hour luckily for me the waiting room was empty.

I had a cough and dizziness so I walked in and everything was a breeze

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

This isn't my first visit to this establishment, and I keep returning because of their outstanding policies and the exceptional quality of care. The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

Walked in. I was taken care of right away. Easy start. Nurse assistant came in quickly to check vitals. PA arrived quickly. She was excellent: Professional and concerned. Gave very good explanations. Her name was Victoria.

I will never come back. Tara the person that saw me did not know what meds could be prescribed. I came in w a mouth ulcer and she told me that naltrexone would not work also I asked for a cream and she said there wasn’t any kind of cream.   I went to my primary. She gave me valtrex and a cream for my tongue.  She gave me something Tara that my ENT had given me  maybe you should hire someone w the correct credentials to work in your urgent care. Someone that is knowlegable to all different types of medical problems. I wasted 35$ to see an unqualified person.
