I feel welcome, and it was very comfortable

Schedule was easy done online   The front desk people are very nice and were very helpful , The P.A.  was very nice and straight to the point , she listen to what I had to say  Check in was easy and the online schedule is so convenient. The was good    The only problem I had was it could be a little cleaner in the rooms and the trash was so high over stack in the room,  Also I think when you leave the office they should be able to print what you were seen for and what medications were giving .    Over all no issues and I would go back here again and I would tell family and friends about this place

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

I had to book a preop physical and was able to get an appointment right away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Manager was very helpful, kind, attentive and very compassionate. This was the safest I’ve ever felt at any facility. If I’m in need of anything this will be the DOCS I will always go to and will definitely refer to others

Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

Staff very friendly. Caregivers knowledgeable. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Would use them again for an urgent care need.
