Presented with worsening cough and shortness of breath;  as I am visiting family from out of town I was unfamiliar with this facility.  They were efficient and caring without being intrusive or obsequious. I am a retired health care professional and was very satisfied with the visit.

Grandson needed an EKG, suggested by his doctor at Children's Hospital in Aurora, so we stopped by to have it done. My phone was zero percent charged, so we were walk-ins. It took maybe 10-12 minutes to be seen by the nursing staff. She was great to Bryan and then the Nurse Practitioner came in and was just as great to my grandson, while providing the necessary care.

Was able to be seen quickly and had a simple diagnosis with a throat swab and was on my was with eye drops for junctivitis. My illness became much more but because we did the throat swab and culture it was identified with a treatment plan.

I fell and hurt my back and went to your facility. They took xrays to see if anything was fractured or broken. No injuries except bruising. Every staff member was nice, calm and patient. I wished this was my PCP. It was a pleasant visit. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.
