Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. The staff at Advanced Urgent care is phenomenal! I felt safe as soon as I started speaking with the clinic manager. I explained to him I was a little dizzy and could not find my United Health Card and he looked me up and found it right away. He was so kind and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The doctor was also amazing. She was able to explain why I was feeling so dizzy and explained what happens when you miss several doses of your medication. I did not feel rushed or as if I was bothering anyone. She answered all my questions and I left feeling well informed and as if I mattered to the staff. What a fantastic team! I would absolutely recommend this team!

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Woke up still feeling sick, sore throat, constant coughing, head cold, body aches. Scheduled an appointment online and upon check-in about 45 or so minutes called back to get checked and seen by nurse practitioner. Kind and professional mannerism, along with friendly staff.

Some prescriptions sent over here to Walgreens and now I can't pick them up for some reason so they have to resend them not sure why

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

Fantastic experience!  PCP had no appointments before the weekend.  I was pretty sure I had an UTI.  Advanced was a blessing. Scheduled on line. Showed up. I was able to give my sample before the appointment even began. Megan was wonderful!  She is a gem! Keep her at all costs!  Great front desk service welcome and the medical attendants were so sweet. Everyone was engaged and had wonderful bedside manner.  So thankful!

I’m so glad the provider was supportive, and empathetic. Thank you so much for helping me. The weight was not long, and I have been suffering with an extreme car for over a month. It was mostly resolved it within a day.. it’s the best. I felt in a very long time.

I was able to schedule a follow up from a previous skin issue around my eye at a time that worked for me. Staff was friendly and willing to work with me on a further care plan. Medication was sent to pharmacy quickly and treatment able to begin that evening.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
