This is the best urgent care I've ever been to the people were very friendly. The doctor was great and very thorough. I usually have anxiety when I go to a new place for the first time, but I felt no anxiety this time because they were so friendly and didn't even cross my mind. I will most definitely recommend this place to anybody great place.

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

2 hour waiting time is unacceptable regardless of short staffed providers.

I fell and hurt my back and went to your facility. They took xrays to see if anything was fractured or broken. No injuries except bruising. Every staff member was nice, calm and patient. I wished this was my PCP. It was a pleasant visit. I would recommend it to anyone.

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

I scheduled an appointment to have stitches removed from a finger. I was able to get in very shortly after arrival and the physician was very friendly and professional. She removed the sutures quickly. My experience exceeded my expectations ! I would recommend Advanced Urgent Care!

Went to Urgent care because I was very dizzy with my blood pressure fluctuating.  As always the staff is friendly and caring. Thank goodness it wasn’t anything serious and after giving me some tips, I was on my way. I highly recommend this place!!
