Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

The doctor and the staff were professional and warm and friendly.   The service was excellent.

Was able to be seen quickly and had a simple diagnosis with a throat swab and was on my was with eye drops for junctivitis. My illness became much more but because we did the throat swab and culture it was identified with a treatment plan.

I have a head cold with an allergic Stye/Cold  in my eye That seemed to be getting worse. The PA looked in my infected eye and then to pursue look in my healthy left eye with the same glove on that she looked into my other infected eye. I backed away telling her “ Oh Don’t use the same finger you  used to look in my infected eye into my healthy eye. I was truly bothered by this non professionalism No both eyes have some infection. Not good practice. Pa Sarah Bryan was the PA at the time

Got in fast. Was treated with kindness and professionalism. Answered all my concerns. Very nice people.

The nurse and provider were excellent people and the visit was quick because the two at the front desk were on top of things. Very clean and plenty of seating, it was busy but hard to tell. Highly recommend!

Grandson needed an EKG, suggested by his doctor at Children's Hospital in Aurora, so we stopped by to have it done. My phone was zero percent charged, so we were walk-ins. It took maybe 10-12 minutes to be seen by the nursing staff. She was great to Bryan and then the Nurse Practitioner came in and was just as great to my grandson, while providing the necessary care.

Excellent Urgent Care!  Able to see someone quickly!  Everyone was kind, professional, knowledgeable, asked questions, listened to my concerns, recommended x-rays for reassurance, and just made it a very positive experience!  Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility in Castle Pines!

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
