Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. A great urgent care clinic.  I will definitely return if ever I have a health problem. Much easier to get in and out for minor health issues than an ER.

We have always received good care here and this was no exception. As a female coming in with a sensitive issue, the two males I worked with were nothing but professional and kind.

Had been sick for a week battling congestion, cough and pain in chest.  From the time I walked through front door till I left the time was very quick.  No long waits.  Staff is very friendly and very attentive.  Personable which is good for people who get the “white coat syndrome”.  Highly recommend this facility.  The PA was wonderful.  Very therapeutic presence.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
