This was my first telehealth experience. The provider was very professional and listened to my symptoms. She asked what medications worked best for me in the past as my diagnosis was one I have had many times. I appreciated her consideration of me. Will definitely use this provider again if I have a need in the future.

I had an excellent experience at Buenaventura’s Vista Urgent Care. I walked in and the waiting room was busy. The reception staff had a very efficient and through process. The nurses (Thamy and Cora) were also personable, caring ,efficient...again my nurses were excellent. The nurses also made me feel comfortable right away. Finally Dr. E. Segura made sure I was very well cared for. He went the extra mile. His diagnosis and his treatments were very through and he never made me feel rushed,again excellent. Thanks you guys. That is the best urgent care experience I have ever had away from home. Keep up the excellent work and I whisk you all and yours a very Merry, Blessed Holliday season. I tell everyone about you all. This is my go to place I rarely wait now that Covid isn’t so bad Nice providers and friendly staff Love that they are open till 10pm ! I don’t have to leave work!
