I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Scheduling appointment was very easy. Didn't have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Was told how to take medication and was done in 30 minutes. Very clean an efficient place to go to.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

I went in this morning with a pretty bad cough. Latoya & Casey were so friendly & helpful, as was everyone! I already feel better :) I definitely recommend Docs!

Always professional. I would choose this location over others.
