Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Notice a mark that looked like a tick bite to me. The spot was examined and the PA consulted with other staff. It appeared more like fungus so a cream was prescribed but I also got a one dose antibiotic just in case it was a tick. I was relieved and agreed to a medical regimen
