The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The facility was clean and well organized, which made the whole visit even better. I never got results from my strep test.  I felt if I did not get a call a text would have been nice.

Came in for an ear infecfion they said they would prescribe me ear drops and they would’ve been ready to pick up at the pharmacy within the hour. They never sent in the prescription so I was in pain. I had to call them multiple times the next morning to ask them to fill them prescription, I’m assuming they forgot. Should have been sent in after my visit like they said they would.

There was only one person on staff in the whole place. She was great but she shouldn’t have had to do everything by herself. I was there for two hours. Feels pointless to have all those available time slots for appointments on the website if they’re not actually available. I’d rather have fewer options to choose when I schedule if I could actually be seen during my appointment time. The doctor was on an iPad so she couldn’t do much.
