This is a crate Urgent Care. Always openings for same-day appointments. The staff is very friendly and the place is immaculate. Any provider that I have had has been excellent .

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Easy to book appointment. Staff very welcoming upon arrival. Would come to AFC for any follow-up.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

Professional and efficient staff.  I had been bitten by a tick, and they got me a prescription for antibiotics quickly. They were all very nice to me. I would definitely recommend them.

I injured my lower back earlier in the week and was having a hard time getting around. The staff at DOCS were very helpful and understanding and squeezed me in first thing. Would definitely recommend this provider.
