I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

The staff was friendly & courteous. Didn’t take long to be seen. The only thing I never found out is if my ribs were broken or not.

We had a great experience at this pediatric urgent care. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, which made a stressful visit so much easier for both me and my child. We were seen quickly, everything was explained clearly, and my child felt comfortable the whole time. So grateful to have such caring providers highly recommend!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
